We are German Shepherd Dog (GSD) Kennels / Breeders, and are based
on the Wiltshire / Somerset Border in the South West of UK.
At Megamax GSD’s - We have exceptionally high standards in everything we
do, a personal passion - we believe; in respect of Character, Temperament,
carefully planned and considered, and we are not
prepared to comprise for the sake of fashion!
Quality dogs - “fit for purpose” is another of our motto’s!
We have only the very traditional German Shepherd
Dog colours of Black and Gold, and Sable, with both
be either Black and Gold or Sable, with either a normal
or long coat.
Sara Gray is the proprietor and driving force behind the
"MEGAMAX" German Shepherd kennel, and as a toddler,
Sara learnt to walk using her parents GSD and as a
family they have always owned at least one, German
Shepherd! Now Sara’s children, Connor and Natalia,
have both grown up with the dogs, and regularly appear
in photo shoots!
Sara's 1st German Shepherd Dog was purchased in
1989, where the MEGAMAX name and Kennel has
grown from those very early beginnings. Now 20 plus
years later, with a kennel of 9 + dogs, and over 35 +
litters of German Shepherd Puppies, and many satisfied Megamax German Shepherd Dog Puppy owners,
some of which, returning for 2nd or 3rd Megamax German Shepherd Puppy from us, which speaks volumes to
us!!
We are only a small German Shepherd Dog breeder and German
Shepherd Dog Kennels, and never want to be a big commerical breeder -
as we feel that we would too easily lose the personal and individual
attention given to our owners and German Shepherd puppies, we do
have exceptionally high standards, which will never be compromised,
certainly not for the sake of fashion!
We pride ourselves on the high quality of our German Shepherd dogs
and premier German Shepherd puppies, not only their construction, but
their health and temperament is a vital part, as is their faultless
characters.
We will always aim to provide you with a beautiful, happy, healthy and
well socialised GSD puppy that fits into your home and family. This is
wholly due to the way our puppies receive special and individual care, by
being born indoors, and reared as part of our family.

Breeders, and we aim to comply with all terms of such, and
ensure all suggested screening and health testing for all/any
of our breeding pairs is carried out prior to mating.
We care very passionly about providing a healthy, happy, well
socialised, lovely tempered and beautifully constructed puppy
for all/any of our prospective owners.
Our detailed knowledge of our dogs, their breeding, and them
as individuals, all forms part of this.
We have also

have all been Health Tested in accordance with the Kennel
Club Accredited Breeder recommendations, (All have KC/BVA
Hip Scores, and from 2005 KC/BVA Elbow Scores, Males are
tested for Haemophilia A), and many
(as soon as they are old enough) have Breed Surveyed by
German Shepherd Breed Council Surveyors.

We do enjoy showing our German Shepherd dogs, (it is
great fun) but at the end of the day, we and I’m sure they
would rather have a life! as they are all first and foremost very
much part of OUR family and our every day lives. They love
to get muddy going on the golf course, or playing ball!!
Due to our strong and particular interest in Canine
Behaviour - we are very involved with 2 classes of Puppy
for puppies of all breeds, and we have commenced
TAKE THE LEAD, Puppy training and pet care business.
We feel that it is vitally important for all of our dogs and
puppies to live as part of our family.
So all our MEGAMAX German Shepherd Puppies are
born and reared indoors, we feel that this only adds to
their socialisation experiences.
They have all been brought up with Connor, who is almost
an adult now, they are learning to live with little Natalia,
aged 3, who they all adore.
